Open the Start menu and then open Control Panel:
Click on Network and Internet
Next, open the Network and Sharing Center:
Click on Set up a connection or network:
When asked how you want to connect,
click on Broadband (PPPoE):
Enter the user name and password exactly as it was given to you. Click Remember this password to have the password saved for you.
Click Next.
On the next screen click Connect and you will now be able to use the DSL connection.
Next, open the Network and Sharing Center:
Click on Set up a connection or network:
