Bandwidth usage is calculated using the 95th percentile method. Overage is billed at $1 per GB.
Each colocated host will be monitored via ICMP at no additional charge. You can choose to be notified via e-mail or phone call. Other services, like SMTP or HTTP (and many other can be monitored for an additional $5/month.
