Begin by opening outlook.  You will need to click on “File” to get to the account settings.  

Click on “Add Account” to start the new account setup.

Fill in your email address and click on “Connect”

Outlook will ask for your email password.  Enter it, and make sure the box is checked to save the password if you do not want to enter it each time you check for mail.  Click “OK” when done.

If the password checks out, you will get a message that the account setup is comlete  hit ok, and you can start using your email.
